Towahill Buildr does not collect any personal information, account details, or usage data from you. There is no sign-up, no profile, and no tracking identifier attached to your activity — the app simply gives you tools to build with, nothing else is gathered.
Because nothing is collected, nothing is analyzed, aggregated, sold, or shared. Your terrain profiles, constraint matrices, decision cards, and field notes exist purely for your own planning purposes and are never processed by us in any form.
All project content — site profiles, elevation maps, ground condition records, checklists, and notes — is stored locally on your device only. There is no cloud sync, no remote server, and no backend database receiving your work.
Towahill Buildr does not integrate analytics kits, advertising networks, or third-party trackers of any kind. No outside service receives information about how you use the app or what you build inside it.
Since your project data never travels off your device, it is never exposed in transit and cannot be intercepted from a server we don't operate. Your device's own security settings govern access to the app and its local content.
Towahill Buildr does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13. As the app gathers no personal data from any user regardless of age, it complies naturally with COPPA and similar child-privacy standards.
There are no accounts to manage and no remote records to request or delete, because none exist. If you wish to remove your project data entirely, simply uninstall the app — all locally stored profiles, notes, and checklists are removed with it.
We may occasionally update this policy to reflect new features or clarify existing practices. Any changes will be posted on this page along with a revised effective date, and continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revision.
